For those working in and around London, you have the opportunity to change that. Caroline Alexander, NHS England Chief Nurse for the London region is asking for your views to develop a new shared vision for community health and social care in London.
You have the opportunity to shape and improve community nursing services for your patient groups. So please have a read of this document, there is a short animation which clearly identifies the 8 clear focus areas of the project.
You have until the 18th August to make your views and ideas known and it’s a great opportunity to amplify your voice and that of your patients.
